A Healthy Lifestyle

A healthy lifestyle is important for our well-being . Contrary to popular belief, this lifestyle is not difficult to have. All we need is to be disciplined in what we do and adopt good habits .
  We need good food to stay healthy. Food should be balanced and nourishing for our bodies. We should aim for a balance in the amount of carbohydrates, fat, protein, minerals and vitamins that we consume. A balanced diet keeps us healthy and strong. Overindulging in these can lead to health problems like obesity, diabetes and heart disease .
  Drinking enough water is equally important .  We need to drink at least eight glasses of water a day . Water is important for digestion, blood circulation and rids toxins from our bodies . Sleep is important to allow our bodies to rest . It is during this time that our bodies are restored and rejuvenated . When people do not get enough sleep , they become confused , irritated and may make mistakes because they are less attentive . The body also becomes weaker and people fall sick easily. We should get about seven to eight hours of sleep every night.
  Exercising regularly helps us to strengthen our muscles , lose weight and improve our blood circulation. Exercising three times a week is more than enough. We can swim , jog , play outdoor games or visit the gym .
  Preparing for important examinations can be quiet stressful. If we are stressed , we will not be able to function well . Therefore we need to take time off to relax and rest our minds. People can relax by watching television, listening to music, exercising and having other hobbies .
  A good and healthy lifestyle will improve our physical and mental health . Planning our daily life in such a way that there is a balance in everything will help us to be happier and healthier .

Can We Spend Time For Our Nature ?



This is the tittle that was invent by me , named "Can We Spend Time for Our Nature?," I was thinking a while as my instinct thought that way . Well , my answer is yes .

Nature is important to us because it can make us feel relax and happy. If i'm stress , I'll go to the forest or garden and i'm staring at the tress and flowers depends on time . Sometimes I sleep on the field as it can wind down and calm me . It also can release my tension too . We have to appreciate what had God given to us . God's creatures are so amazing and so breath-taking that can make humans in awe of his creatures . By the way , trees can give us an oxygen.


As we can observe , we should spend our leisure time by revolving around to make time to enjoy the various green around us. We know that we have to explore the beauty of nature . Don't miss this great apportunity to stand and stare at our beautiful mother nature . Don't waste your precious time on things that can't give you anything .
